TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Rates are quoted ++ subject to 10% service tax and 5% government tax.
•
Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM70.00 ++ per bed per night without breakfast and RM80.00 ++ with 1 buffet breakfast.
•
No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•
Check In Time : 3.00 pm
•
Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•
Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed.
- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed.

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

We accept most major credit card -Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.


CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW .
